So sorry for the lack of post...hit with the flu bug, but all is well now, just not well enough to have a point to my post. So here are some pretty pictures in the mean time :) I have had tons of readers sending in photos, I can't promise I will be able to put all of them up, but I will try ! Blending Rooms

When you do not have a lot of space to begin with, its hard to know how to blend rooms that spill into each other. The first thing I do when planning a room is ask myself exactly HOW is this rooom going to be used. Every inch in a small home or apartment is valuable space that you don't want to waste ! Washing machines are now making there way to bathrooms and kitchens. Thinking differently about how we live is very important in small space planning !

Art Ideas

I'm loving these ideas here because they are unique. A sharpie and you have a frame ?? On paper that sounds crazy, but I like it !

Rooms with a summer feel

Maybe its a lot of white that makes a room have a "summer" feel to them but these 3 rooms have it. Slipcovers? Not too fussy? I guess a dog on a surf board helps! Not sure but I love it !

White !

One of the most used tip in small space design is using the color white. I personally think you can use any color in a small space, but white is a wonderful choice. In addition to white making a space look larger, you can add any accent color with smaller accessories and not break the bank!
