mmmmm! still look large to me. There are many, many homes in the UK which were built post 2nd world war. These are semi detached ('linked' in the US ?) and usually have a third bedroom which is around 6ft X 8ft. THATS small! It takes alot of thought how to include everything if it is to function as a bedroom ZoeB
