inspiration for smaller spaces
Sooo Cute. I really love the one in the middle. It makes me want to design small houses - which I think is goig to be a great need when the boomers start getting older (ok, we're old, but I mean older than that) and downsizing.
I know exactly what you mean Barbara, I'm old but I'm not old. You know,,,THAT age ! :)
Lisa, I had to post again and tell you the more I thought about that little kitchen, the more I wanted my friends and family to see it. So, I linked the post to my blog. Thanks for inspiring me.
I have a small 3 bedroom house and find your blog so inspirational. I love your blog and look forward to your posts. Thanks!
Barbra- aww thanks. I think people should have the house they want large or small, but I think most people will should look at down sizing...making life about life the basics and not things...I could go on forever LOLSheree-- your too kind ! I will be posting more often very soon! LisaSPS
I have seen so many things I like on this blog I really wish I had seen before we built out little cabin (380sqft). Now I just use bits and pieces of the things I like to make the place and space more homey and efficient.
the first one is my fave
Thank you Amy and good luck with your cabin! LisaSPS
good idea is to use furniture sparingly because it can choke a room and its traffic pattern.
I know this is an old post, but is there anyway to find out where you got the picture of the kitchen in the middle. The bar concept is exactly what we need and I'd like more info about the kitchen.
The design was so cute. Like it. You are right, small but cute. Perfect for my new place at Avida Towers 34th Street BGC.
