What is your decor "Achilles' heel" ?

What are the decor things that always have make you take a second look, even if you don't need it, or already have 100 of them ? For me its anything with words or numbers on it, worn ANYTHING, lamps and picture frames. What about you ?

Pillows. I have way too many pillows. You can put out only so many, so I have others stuffed in closets and in storage, and I try to change them out but sometimes I am loathe to put the ones that have been out, away. Because they are so pretty!

Also: dishes. I could have 100 people over and there would be plenty of dishes. Not enough silverware for all 100, but plenty of dishes.

Yep...chippy paint, old and worn linens, glass canisters and I can never get over my love of leather!

I never saw a bowl I didn't like. I am running out of space and my husband is running out of patience.

I love many of those same things. Also anything aqua/robins's egg blue or painted white and chippy.

Chairs and mirrors. I can't help myself! Of course, I have no ROOM for more chairs and mirrors, but that doesn't seem to slow me down. :-/

Years ago i tore my actual Achilles Heel, and now that it's fixed, it's stronger than ever.

How i wish that there were some way to fix my decor Achilles heels, which are tables of any sort, chairs, tasty kitsch, pillows, trays, cake stands, and anything with patina.

This list is not exhaustive, but you may be very bored at this point.

Thanks for asking the question.

Hands down, ART...then mirrors and vintage industrial anything, especially metal. Love stuff for the garden, too, even tho I don't have one.

Photos, oh my how I love candid photos of loved ones, I do them by seasons. With some wonderful frames that allow me to store the extras behind the current one.

Pitchers! I see so many that I love, don't need and don't have room for. There's just something about those curves, and the materials. I love them in seed glass, cut glass, wheel thrown, ceramic. I don't care. I love pitchers.
