inspiration for smaller spaces
I love this post. I have the oddest spot by my front door and you've totally inspired me!
Love the narrow chest in that little nook! I live in an apartment full of little nooks like this one, and it's always fun to see what kind of fun things can fit into them :)
Great post. Loved the shot of the narrow corner...I have a couple of nooks like that and I'm inspired to do something interesting with them.
Do you know where that console in the first photo is from by any chance? I've been looking for something just like it for MONTHS and can't find anything ... this one is perfect! Thanks
Oooh very cute spaces!
Thanks for the nice thoughts everyone ! Mel that is a London base furniture maker that made the table. http://www.tablemakers.co.uk/
I agree! With small spaces, we can use tiny/ odd furniture so much easier than people with giant rooms. Definitely one of the positives!
The space part way up the stairs is currently troubling me. I'm trying to 'shop the house' to figure out what I can move there!
I've just come across your blog recently and really like it:), it is so pretty and inspirational. I added you to my side bar, hope it is ok?Regards,Lena

Lena ..thank you! No problem I will add your blog too! Thanks!!
What a great site and so refreshing! Just found you on Barn House and had to add you to my favorites list! - by the way, love the post.
Wow. Loved your site. I wonder if you did a DIY project of the picture background photo(black and white) in the 2nd corner. BTW,what is that kind of photo art called?Could you explain how you convert a picture into such a piece of ART.Thanks.
Great photos. Love your blog.
I LOVE the silhouette pictures. Coincidentally, I came across another site where the blogger has her kids silhouetted every year. She displays the pictures on her wall. I love that idea and wish I had come up with it when my son was little! I just thought I'd finally post a comment. I've been stopping by your blog for quite some time and love your posts.
Love the silhouettes...I so want to do some of those!Did I tell you I got my slips? Linen tumbleweed...floor models...I'm so happy! :)
Great examples of playing up "odd" spaces.
