Cool Kitchens
Came across a few kitchen pictures that I really like. The middle and bottom photos are from the same kitchen. I love how they have the island pushed up against the huge bank of windows. I've often wondered if a washer/dryer in the kitchen would be a good idea, it seems to me it could work, although I would probably spill what I was making for dinner on SOMETHING piled up on a counter. The top picture does it for me again, its all about the lighting. Someday I will have a house with lots of windows, I don't care what the square feet is!!!

I love the last picture. Natural light makes SUCH a difference.
I love those striped cushions! :)
Ok...since we are playing the "I love" game. I love that little high chair...we had the EXACT one...last baby used it and I *clunk* sold it in a garage sale. I still remember it driving away. Brought a tear to my eye *clunk head again*
I'm with ya LeesaB...Light in the kitch is a plain old Must have!!
adorable.
I love the banquette.
I just found your blog by accident an it's my new fovorite place! Thank you!
Lots of windows is awesome. In the winter, I am forced to see all the barren trees though. LOL. I do see the snow. And if i don't want to see it, i keep the blinds down.
Love the kitchen.
I'm having a home library party at my blog. Would you care to come to the party?
I'd KILL for the amount of natural light that last kitchen picture has. I have serious window envy!

Woah, didn't expect to see the washer & dryer right there but it's so cute!
Great blog! :D
I agree with you. Light can make miracles and transform a boring aninteresting space into an exciting room full of possibilities. I'm a fan of attics and those are a good example of the power of the light.
POWER OF THE LIGHT:P hahaha
Sofia, a new fan:)
