Holiday Sneak Peak

I know its not even Halloween but once it starts getting a bit cooler I think a little bit ahead to the holidays. I love Christmas greens and small touches for the holidays. Whats your holiday decor like? Over the top? Subdued ?

Definitely not over the top. Lots of greens and glittered ornaments in apothecary jars, simple yet elegant.

I just love these rooms - that bedroom especially!
We go simple - lots of cedar and candles. It is a little early, but I'm starting to get the Christmas season excitement on the fringes.... it will be here before we know it!

Love your pictures. I know exactly what you mean about Christmas. My daughter and I went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast this morning and they had their Christmas trees up. The ornaments are amazing.

Hope you have a blessed holiday!

used to be over the top.
I have to figure out what to do this Christmas at the townhome.

About the first picture. I love the lamps and the walls, great looking wreath / idea too.

Thanks!

loving me some jute string covered styrofoam balls tied with a tiny black and white gingham ribbon on top for the christmas tree along with creamy white snowflakes and chartuese green & red xmas balls.

That's what I am dreaming of this Christmas.

I bought some Christmas decorations yesterday. I think the Christmas season officially starts on Nov 1st, so we are just being prepared. :-)

Nothing over the top for me here in Australia because it'll probably be a very hot Christmas again this year. Silver and white is what I go with on the table and the tree has the same with some crystal added. That's it, no red. No green. No frosty the snowman or reindeers and no ice or snowflakes or snow. It just doesn't sit right here in Oz, not for me anyway.

Love the pics by the way. Really gorgeous.

I absolutely love the green/white rug in the office picture! Would you happen to know any details about it?

My holiday decorations are very similar - at least I try :-) Greens, whites, natural woods and plants - love it!
