I'm seeing more unique kitchen cabinets these days. One look I particularly like is the rough worn look. I bet this is probably a love it or hate it sort of look, but I like it. Oh and how beautiful is that refrigerator in the top picture? I mean honestly. I couldn't have one of those tho, my food is not pretty enough to be displayed everyday lol!

Love the mirror over the open shelf (in the second picture). Never would have thought to put a mirror in the kitchen but it totally works!
Funny story Cris, my hubby bought me a mirror from Pottery barn for xmas one year...thought it would go over the fireplace but ended up in the kitchen. I love it there!

Lisa, so funny! I bought a wonderful mirror last year for a song and now I am seriously considering hanging it in my kitchen.
The good thing about that fridge is that you'd never have to wonder if you were out of milk. Or eggs.

That first photo is great, Lisa! It reminds me of Rachel Ashwell's kitchen in her book "Shabby Chic Home"...loved that kitchen with the glass-front commercial fridge.
It's funny, I have the hardest time finding kitchens that I really like, but the one on the bottom left is pretty perfect to me. I like every bit of it!
LOVE those cabinets! I like the stainless modern appliances with that rustic cabinet look. Makes it more inviting to actually cook in there!
